Hey there, I'm back! Singapore has been splendid, though it slightly made my feet numb. There's nothing much to be told about my journey there, because I mostly spent my days there shopping (the Christmas & End of Season sales were massive!). The only place besides Orchard Road that I visited was the newly built attraction called Gardens By The Bay (which I'll post the photos separately). I didn't go to any other places such as USS, Resort World Sentosa, etc because I'd visited them already (this was my sixth time visiting Singapore) and as you know, Singapore is a small country with countable sites to be visited, so yeah ..

The hotel's view.

Why did I buy Bakerzin's macaroons in Singapore when it is available here in Surabaya? Because I got it for only S$4 by eating there. So, why not? And it came with such great packaging.

I got that canvas bag for only S$5 at the streetside of Orchard Road. Such a bless!

It was Buy 2 Get 1 at Watsons with total price S$16. Cheap huh? At first, I wanted to buy Chanel, Dior, Karl Lagerfeld X Shu Eumura and YSL's nail polishes, but they cost ridiculously expensive for a nail polish (around S$28 up). And so did their other cosmetics (Naked 2 Palette, Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Foundation, YSL Touche Eclat, damn!)

(clockwise from top left : jelly beans, pucker powder, Wonka's gobstopper, Hershey's kisses, Tootsie's pop). Got it all from the dreamy-nom-nom-store-that-you-wish-you-could-eat-the-whole-thing-even-the-wall Candylicious. There were a lot of great deals offered (like buy 2 for what dollars) and FYI, I did want to put my mouth on the end of the tube of M&M's machine.

All time favorite : Forever 21's accessories. Actually, I wanted to buy more than that, but mom was giving me a sharp-narrowed eyes, so ... And oh, If you're a Forever21 addict, you should really visit the new mall, 313 @Somerset; it has like 5 storeys of Forever 21!

Yes, those are all magazines. I bought them at Kinokuniya (which was my heaven on earth). I was going to buy more than that, but many weren't available or outdated (and I don't know why they still put November 2012's magazines on the rack). Funny story behind it, my mom was super tired when I insisted to go to Kinokuniya. She then told me that she and my dad were gonna waiting at the Japanese books' section. First, it was ok, until I couldn't find them anywhere (which apparently, they were sitting, for God's grace!). I walked around the megabig stores for like 5 times and still couldn't find them (phone didn't work as well). Even I had to page them from the store's information and they still didn't show up. Finally, I gave up and went to the hotel instead, leaving them I-didn't-know-where. They were incredibly mad, but well, as long as I got those magazines. I'll review them one by one in the upcoming post.

(snake from top left : red wine skinnys from A|X, black shorts from Cotton On, tribal trousers from New Look, blue skinnys from H&M, jeans shirt from Pull&Bear, white chiffon top from Forever 21, stripes shirt from H&M, floral legging from Bershka, leather legging from Mango, leather flare skirt from H&M, white crop tees from Abercrombie&Fitch, black tees from H&M). Must visit : H&M. With great price, comes great clothes. Grab all the clothes! But, do be patient with the queue at the fitting room.
